The Talks

The primary focus of the weekend is a series of talks presented by the team, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.  After each talk, participants discuss the talks in small groups.  The discussions provide an opportunity for each person to share a personal reflection of how he or she was impacted by the talk and to hear how others in the small group received that same presentation.  The talks and discussions cover a variety of topics including:

The Sacraments

Throughout the weekend the participants will pray together, attend daily mass and have an opportunity to receive the sacrament of reconciliation. Additionally, there will be a prayer chapel available for the participants to visit during the weekend.

The Amenities

Throughout the weekend there will be meals provided, accommodating necessary dietary restrictions. Additionally, there will be snacks and drinks provided between talks. In the sleeping area, you’ll be assigned a cot or you can bring a twin-sized air mattress. Showers will also be available for use.

The Impact

Typically, on the weekend, participants experience a close personal encounter with Jesus Christ and can see more clearly the power of the Holy Spirit working in their lives. Participants will be surrounded by a supportive Catholic community who will continue to walk with them on their faith journey and encourage them in deepening their relationship with and knowledge of God.
